Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange travel and accommodation for employees and company guests.
  • Consult employees regarding travel needs, budgets, and preferences.
  • Communicate and negotiate with travel agencies for optimal rates.
  • Ensure compliance with reservation documentation standards, handling exceptions appropriately.
  • Professionally manage urgent changes and cancellations.
  • Prepare and submit monthly financial accrual reports to finance.
  • Handle financial invoices and upload travel authorizations (TA) into systems
  • Prepare and forward monthly Agency Guarantee (AG) lists to finance.
  • Collaborate with Accounts Payable to ensure timely payments to vendors.
  • Handle Deadhead (DHD) and Hajj travel requests.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Travel and Tourism, or related field.
  • Familiarity with Sky Speed reservation system or any PSS System is required.

Experience:

  • 2 year of experience as a travel agent or in a similar travel-related role.
